Sinead White is a QHHT(Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique) Level 2 Practitioner, an Energy Healer, Mind Coach and Hypnotherapist, Breathwork Coach and Wellness Retreat Speaker & Facilitator. Sinéad has been passionate about the spiritual world from a young age and has been on a lifetime quest to discover and learn more about the soul and the power that lies within. She has trained in a number of various healing modalities and is a Star Magic Healing Facilitator, a level 2 QHHT facilitator, a Reiki & Seichem Master and teacher and an Angel Healing Practitioner. Sinead has a double diploma in Hypnotherapy and Mind Coaching and has a BBS Degree in Business and Marketing. She spent 19 years working as a senior manager within the HSE before being guided to step in to her healing profession full time. Having always had a deep connection to her own Angels and Guides, Sinead is passionate about sharing her knowledge and teaching others how they can transform their lives through developing a deeper connection with Spirit. She has developed online courses to teach about Angelic Connection and runs workshops both online and in-person which relate to Energy Healing, Higher Self Connection and Angelic Connection. She has spent decades studying various forms of energy healing and has treated clients from all over the world through both her distance healing and her treatment room in Co. Clare. She also is a qualified Quantum Healing Hypnosis Practitioner (QHHT) which is a form of hypnosis therapy created by the late Dolores Cannon. Through QHHT, Sinéad guides her clients into a deep state of hypnosis and through this deep state of relaxation, clients can access a series of lifetimes (past, alternate, childhood) allowing them to understand their own soul’s purpose at a deeper level. As part of this therapy the client can also access and receive information from their own Higher Self, enabling them to discover answers to the big questions in life such as ‘what is my life purpose, etc. Deep healing is also facilitated as part of these sessions with ancestral trauma being understood and cleared along with other physical and emotional conditions.
